4 3 .\s the free (right) leg is swung up and over the bar, with a strong swinging kick, the inside (left) arm is also swung up sharply and placed over the bar (Fig. 3) . The jumping (left) leg is then snapped in close to the right leg and the left arm is swept up to shoulder- level as the body begins to lean further back.
