FruDA v-Rest. SATURDAY-Full hurdle course, time trial with other hurdlers, or competition. Before training or competition warm up very thoroughly. In training trot a lap, then do the spreading exercise. Before competition jog roo yards, do spreading exercises, try a start over two hurdles twice.
