Two jumps at quarter effort and four at half effort for correction of faults. Tuesday. Rest. Massage. Wednesday. Sprint 50 yds. at seven-eighths effort twice. Two jumps at quarter effort. Four jumps at half effort for co-ordination. Three jumps at half effort to correct faults. Thursday. Stroll 2 miles, trotting 50 yds. in each 88o yds. Massage. Friday. Rest. Light massage. Saturday. Three jumps at half effort for co-ordination, three jumps at three-quarter effort for eo-ordination, and two jumps at seven– eighths effort. Long, slow massage. Final Week Monday. Practise approach run four to six times. Two jumps at normal starting height, two jumps with bar raisep 2 ins., and two jumps with bar raised another 2 ins. Work to eliminate any weak point in style.
