Success in Athletics and how to obtain it

DIET 213 ale. Coffee, tea, and cocoa are given for our use, but there is no question about these commodities being abused and not used with reason. An athlete may do more harm by indulgence in these stimulants than he who openly drinks his "pint or so." Tea, not brewed, but freshly made by the leaves being placed in a strainer and boiling water poured over them, is an excel– lent and refreshing beverage, which is stimulating and a fine preparatory to a more nourishing meal.
