T O S E C R E T A R I E S ATHLETIC CLUBS. Secretaries of Athletic Clubs are requested to send reports of thq Meetings held by their Clubs; paying attention to the following points:— 1. To give all Competitors,whethersuccessfulor not. 2. To state the height of Hurdles, and the weightof Hammer and Shot used. , 3. To give in allRaces, the time in which they wererun; and in jumps,the height or distance jumped. 4. To give in Handicaps the different starts allowed to each com­ petitor. $.
