TO SECRETARIES OF AT H LE T I O OLU B S. SECRETARIES of Athletic Clubs are requested to send reports of the Meetings held by their Clubs ; paying attention to the following points:- 1. To give all Competitors, whether successful or not. 2. To state the height of Hurdles, and the weight of Hammer and Shot used. :3. To give in all Races, the time in which they wern mn ; and in jumps, the height or distance jumped. 4. To give in Handicaps the different starts allowed to each Competitor. 5. In open Races to state, when pos ible, the name of the Club to which Competitors belong. O. To mention whether the races were run on grass or gravel, and if the weather was favourable or otherwise.
