Long Jump- Was won by Edward Havers at 18 ft. 2 in. On the evening of Nov. 1 the above Club gave their fast prizes for swim– ming, which were contested for at the St. George's Baths, .Berkeley quare, an,1 representatives from almo tall the l\fotropolitan club attended to compet.e. The race was a handicap of 80 yards, open to all amateurs who had nevl'r won a public prize, and l\lr. H. Wood:,tock had the arrangement of the starts.
