A.A.A. JUBILEE SOUVENIR Public Parks Cricket Association, which has a membership of 2,500, and President of the Birmingham Schools Football Association, twenty years in each case. Hon. Treasurer of the Birmingham Branch of the National Playing Fields Association since its formation, and a Vice-President of the Warwickshire County Cricket Club. Elected a Vice-President of the A.A.A. in 1920 and a Life Vice-President in 1925. A. FATTORINI: Founder and Past President of the Yorkshire Cross– Country Association, founder of the Bradford A.C., and a Life Vice– President of the Northern Counties A.A., Past President of the National Cross-Country Union, Timekeeper on four occasions at the Olympic Games, London (1908), Antwerp (1920), Paris (1924), and Amsterdam (1928). Elected a Life Vice-President in 1925. P. L. FrsHER: Competed in cross-country and fl.at events for several years and in walking races to Brighton. Hon. Secretary West London A.C. in l 89 5 and in l 898, Hon. Secretary of the Ranelagh Harriers, and in later years Captain and Vice-President of the Club. Joined the L.A.C. in 1902, and was elected a Vice-President in 1920 and President in 1927. References are made in another page to his services as Hon. Secretary of the A.A.A. (1906-1915), and he was elected a Life Vice– President in 192 5. W. MABBETT: After acting as Assistant Hon. Secretary to the Birch– field Harriers in the early nineties, he was Hon. Secretary of the Midland Counties A.A.A. from l 899 to 191 r. A Vice-President from 19rr to 1918, and President from 1919 to 1925, he was elected a Life Vice– President of the Midland Counties Association in 1928. He was one of the three Hon. Auditors of the A.A.A. for many years. In 1924, elected a Vice-President, and in the following year became one of the first Life Vice-Presidents. H. NEWBOULD: President of the famous Hallamshire Harriers and A.C., a position he has held for thirty-four years. President of the Yorkshire Cross-Country Association, and a Past President of the Northern Counties Cross-Country Association and National Cross-Country Union. For four years he was President of the Northern Counties A.A., being at the present time a Life Vice-President. In 1922 he became a Vice– President of the A.A.A., and was one of the first Life Vice-Presidents elected in l 92 5. G. V. A. ScHoFIELD: Hon. Secretary of the Beckenham C.C. Sports for many years. Life member of L.A.C., joining in l 890. He first presided at a meeting of the Southern Committee in l 887, and when the Chairman was elected annually he acted as Chairman from 1893 to 1923. Officiated as Referee and Judge at the Championships for many years, and was Referee at the Olympic Games in London in 1908. Elected a 12
